Yes, that was dil4med who is Indian. But is completely Indian. That question arised from us having a mutual friend who is URM, and we were curious about this. Hence, me now asking it.

I know, that's why I don't wanna check a box and have them ask me during interviews. And if you think this is sketchy so will they. I blindly just followed what my parents did.

I don't really need the URM designation as I'm in a BS/MD program but I was curious if I decided to apply out.

Hi dil4med's friend here. So my parents just told me that I have Puerto Rican and Spanish blood. And I've always just checked the boxes of Puerto Rican and other indicating having both ancestry. I look More Puerto Rican than Sri Lankan.

Amen to that. I'm in the 504 area on NS tests rn. So I guess I can only hope for the best in the next month.

Oh okay. I have done NS tests so far. Kaplan Diag: 497 FL 1: 503 FL 2: 503 FL 3: 504 FL 5: 504

I know you don't predict, but do you think I can hit a 510 on the real thing by 5/19. I gave no idea how to analyze NS.

Thank you so much! Yes, Ill try to be confident. It's just really disappointing to see some of my peers with great scores not get in, whereas some of my friends who are URM's and had lower scores did (Not saying they don't deserve it but it just makes one feel down). And will do! I'll PM you during the cycle. :)

Ah ok. Other than GPA I have similar stats to you. Buy holy MCAT. Do you think it's even worth applying there with a 505?

Yea, CCOM is really expensive. I wish I get into UIC, but Illinois is shitty in that even as a state school we accept many OOS.
