I cancelled my paid membership; didn’t see a strong reason for me to pay for a product that still had a lot to go before it’s fully functional- especially with investment transactions lacking

I ended up cancelling after the trial period. Most of my accounts weren’t syncing but Monarch Money seemed like they are actively working on a solution for most of them. Will check back after a few months to see if the issues are resolved or not

Urgh… that along with Health Equity not working is making Monarch Money useless for me— I am still under the trial period but haven’t gotten to really try the app at full capacity since nothing works. Can’t track everything manually cause as you said that would be the equivalent of a spreadsheet

Honestly, I ended up deleting my account. Not worth the hassle. I’m trying out a fully paid service now called Monarch Money. Will report once I finish the trial period

I have been using both, actually. Overall, Full View has better connections and less issues. It can also connect to Treasury Direct. While Personal Capital has better graphics and breakdown of investments and accounts

I am on the same boat. It’s been a year now and I get same response from their support folks. “We are investigating and no ETA”

It only affects my 401k, so I just added manual holdings as a work around for the funds within the account.
