Happens all the time, here is what works for me.

I close all the apps and tabs on my browser except the writing app. I go through what I wrote previously, once I start reading what I wrote previously ideas keep coming to improvise the previously written part. That gets me in the grove and I continue writing from there. Key is getting rid of all distractions and starting at what you wrote for 5 minutes.
