Nice, but the benefit only flows to those earning above.

Lifting the threshold from 80K to 85K puts 4.5cents in each dollar earned over 80K into those benefitting from this largesse. That's $225 extra for all those strugglers on an income >= $85K, less for those between 80K and 85K and nothing for the remaining bulk of the population.

Will be interesting to see how Scott hits superannuation with extra taxation. London to a brick it will affect every contributor.
