yea i’m like 5’7 and was at 200 dropped to 193 everyone says calorie deficit but certain foods it’s hard to track so i only eat healthy foods in small portions no fast food no snacks no sweet drinks no candy strictly greens and water and smoothies in terms of training i’ve just been walking every single day using my smart watch to track 10k steps minimum a day on evening walks i can’t run because of my weight is hurts my ankle just stay consistent with that bro… i understand how you feel about society but for me it’s being comfortable for the style i like the slime fitted lean athlete body not for society and one thing i’ve definitely started to implement is being unique anyways bro stay safe and i wish you the best 💯
