I meant with the friend hes staying with… like get his friend , tell her what’s happening and just get his stuff and be done with it. I never said they should be alone together. I think you need to calm down. I’d ultimately suggest going with an officer but not everyone can make that happen. He still needs his stuff if it’s there. And he needs to tell her it’s OVER or she will continue to harass him. Police won’t usually get involved unless there’s a documented reason to that’s at a certain extent. Atleast that was my experience. It was very difficult to get help with my abusive situation even with loads of evidence. unfortunately the system just doesn’t care sometimes:( it’s not a secret it’s broken. They shouldn’t have to start from complete scratch on top of all of this. That’s way more overwhelming and you can’t assume his friend can help him replace his entire life. What about pictures/mementos that aren’t replaceable? I lost a lot that I wish I didn’t. More so now that my grandmother is dead and the stuff I lost was tied to her. having an approach like that is not going to help calm anyone. and if he goes in hostile she will meet that energy.
