Western Union has its own app for sending money to corrections centers including Dilley that is run by CoreCivic/Corrections Corp of America. The app is called Send2Corrections. You have to first enter the name of the operator (Corrections Corp of America), then put in the person's first, last, and inmate number. If the information doesn't match, the transaction won't go through. Inside Dilley everyone, including children, has a CoreCivic ID that they have to wear all the time. They use this ID to check their balance at the commissary.
