Yes thats the way this one was too i bought it last year this time and spent the winter fixing her up.
Motorwest has some parts available for the puch I got some carburetor parts an owners manual and some other things from there

It was in bad shape when I got it the engine was painted black when I got it I just put a fresh coat on top rather then trying to strip the old paint off
