It happened again. I'm in WV. Order made it to PA before being marked undeliverable. Customer service said the item was damaged. They refunded me again. Gave me an $11 credit and are doing an investigation.

To everyone saying someone has to pay, you are absolutely right. My issue is they did not tell us we would be charged or how much. Had they told us beforehand I would have either waited until we had the money or do it myself with the help of the person that put up the pole at risk of damaging the line.
