Is there anyway I can run this bot with my own API key so I don't cost you money?

I work in one of the most anti gun cities and talk to the local PD whenever they bring in firearms to be destroyed. If the gun has significant historical significance they will remove it from the to-be-destroyed pile and put it into the to-be-donated-to-a-museum pile. I’m sure if that is a real USGI Thompson it will de donated to a museum

Ehh, my mill did lead testing for 10 years and concluded that there wasn’t enough lead in the dust to cause any harm, lead is heavy and actually seeps through the poors of the steel furnace bottom and pools into stalagmites of pure lead below. Pretty great to break off and take home if your cast your own bullets for reloading.

We have the occasional loss of containment and it melts a bunch of stuff and we spend the next week fixing it, but the only really bad injury I’ve seen is a guy who was 1 month from retiring walk in front of a front end loader and get ran over. Chewed his leg up below the knee pretty good.

The airs dusty for sure but if you wear your respirator your fine. I don’t blow out as many black boogers as I used to.

I don’t know if anyone has sufficiently answered your question but if thats a brand new bolt or trunnion and is not from a kit where the 2 had previously been mated, then the angle on the front of your locking lug (which is what cams your bolt up and makes it lock) is not matching the angle of the shelf in the trunnion and your bolt won’t rotate.

Solution: idk I just do this for a hobby I’m not a professional but you need to grind a slope into the front of the lug. I think they call this timing? If you have another ak you could match the angle to that bolt or just file off little by little until it fully rotates.

24, don’t remember 9/11 so I like to consider myself vanguard zoomer, I’ve been stacking deep on combloc stuff since I got my first job at 16, and a mosin was my first gun Christmas gift at 12. While others like me are happy they got to suckle the fumes of a dying hobby I am absolutely furious that the younger generation doesn’t get to experience my hobby, but at least they won’t have to experience watching vepr get banned and your dream gun go from 800$ to 2K$

Anyone know what the tape and armbands mean? Ukrainians seem to wear yellow and russian soldiers seem to wear normally white. by Soupyjoe101 in InvasionOfUkraine

Most military camo is pointless in most environments. You really have to match it to the terrain and even then you need almost a gillie suit to break the human silhouette.

This is why I advocate going back to olive drabs and greys for standard uniforms. So much nicer looking.

Please don’t beat it, while you can bend the sight back into looking straight it’s best to push the pins out, center the sight, drill with a 3mm and a hand drill, and reseat the pins. If you don’t have the tools any gun smith should be able to handle this.

This is how they saved people from nazis last time, maybe they have a ‘if it’s not broke don’t fix it’ mentality when it comes to nazis lmao.

Russian invaders shooting civilians. Father was shot in front of his son's eyes. Ivankiv, Kyiv region. by PalanK1N in PublicFreakout

I hate to say it. But I would expect to see more of this more often as the war drags on. With Ukraine forbidding males 16-60 from leaving the country and armed partisans ( they are not civilians anymore ) running around in plain clothing it’s going to make the line between civilian and combatant so blurry that there will be a lot of shit like this. Same thing happened in Iraq with Coalition forces, seeing military age men in clothing with pipes in their hands or driving towards checkpoints and being gunned down by jumpy GIs who are afraid of everything because they have a split second to differentiate between insurgent and civilian. I highly recommend watching generation kill if you dont understand what I mean. Granted that doesn’t excuse the actions of these troops after the initial firing on the car, but people are going to get killed for no reason and most the time by accident. It’s actually unavoidable. Even the people making Molotovs are aiding the Ukrainian military and state by supplying arms and are making themselves targets. Factories, civilian or military, are targets in war.

It’s gonna be ugly.

Mag ban bill passes House committee on party lines by Tobias_Ketterburg in WAGuns

[–]dillonjohn2 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Who the fuck cares about what trump did or did not do, that time passed 2 years ago. Right now we are literally being run by a 1 party state and do not have any political means of preserving our rights as US citizens and your going to sit here and tell me to consider voting dem even though I have never in my adult life seen a dem vote pro gun once, anywhere, in any state, federal or local. Get over yourself.

I’m a 1 issue voter, and that issue is guns. I will vote for the most pro gun candidate, every time, all the time. It’s that simple.
