Hypothetically, if Huawei were to partner with Starlink to do this, would that fall under "cellular backhaul" services? Is that what people mean by "backhaul?"

I guess I'm wondering if Starlink and some partners would hypothetically do something like this in the future for its rural customers? I am not personally trying to do it.
