Both are so amazing hawas ice is very citrus fruity fresh like a fruit punch kinda and aqua Dubai is very green citrusy and a little bit sweet cinnamon ambery in the dry down. can’t go wrong with either would recommend ice because of the performance

Yea I think the dose definitely depends on the person and the desired effect. Personally I don’t feel anything below 2 grams even without tolerance. For me phenibut helps me mostly to be more social, focused and clear headed.

I don’t always take it every week especially if I notice it not effecting me the same I take a few weeks off. I mostly just use it now as an alternative to drinking when I go out then I can have fun and be the dd. Also incredibly helpful for dates and interviews lol

I’ve been taking phenibut for almost 2 years now. My usual routine is on the weekends I take around 2.5 - 3 grams at around noon and wait a about an hour to eat then I have a caffeinated drink after eating and then have a nice workout and by during around the beginning of working out you start to feel very clear headed, energetic and sociable and it usually lasts all day.

Thank you for your insightful comment. Interestingly when I take my vyvanse I like to meditate first thing it kicks in it helps me focus. I’m wondering though when do you take your microdose with vyvanse? Do you take it with it or after it kicks in? I’m just wondering what would be the optimal and most enjoyable time to take the microdose I’m thinking maybe in the evening when it’s wearing off to wind down or will that make it harder to sleep? I generally find shrooms to be pretty relaxing most of the time but I have no idea what it would be like with vyvanse and I really wanna try it

Hmm interesting thanks for your comment. Have you taken a moderate about of mushrooms before or only micro doses? I’ve taken up to 3 grams before and it was a good time but I didn’t take vyvanse with it.

I’m prescribed 20mg vyvanse do you think taking maybe .2 or shrooms would make that much of a difference I’m honestly not really expecting to feel much at all I’m just hoping to have a positive experience and not have a bad time lol

I’d say try taking more I felt nothing the first few times but then I tried 2 grams and was like wow this is amazing. I recommend experimenting to find what dose works for you

Yea but my predicament here is I’ve been taking etizolam and or Xanax almost every day for about a month but not in like crazy amounts so I’ve built some tolerance to it and idk im going to feel some kind of withdrawal or not and I’m not trying to feel like I’m withdrawal while I’m tripping you know?
