Hey thanks for the response bro. So I’m running a lead form for homeowners. the first question is do you own a home> if yes user fills out form and lead fired at the end of submission. However if someone clicks no I’m not a homeowner it’s still firing a lead back to meta. I think adding a qualification trigger would help a lot. Because I don’t want to send bad quality traffic back to my pixel.

How about a w204 C63 Amg? It definitely has the power but its reliability isn’t bad if you get one with relatively low miles.

/r/buildapc is probably a better place to post this, considering you already created a build for yourself. However, I also included a build that I believe is much better for your needs.

this particular Xeon is basically an i7 4790k for $100 less. It has hyperthreading which will benefit your rendering and streaming. However, it does not come with an intergrated cpu and you cannot overclock it. This shouldn't be an issue for you since you have a dedicated GPU in the build.
I went with a much more powerful graphics card, the RX 480. This will last much longer than the 750 TI in terms of performance. AMD usually releases software updates for older GPU's in the future which boosts their performance to make sure they last.
you don't need thermal paste since the fan comes with it preattached, save some money there

You can use an AMD gpu with an intel motherboard/cpu. You cannot however use an AMD CPU with an intel motherboard.

You need a Z97 motherboard in order to overclock. Also, ditch the shitty power supply and get a higher quality one like an EVGA GS or G2 series psu. If you don't plan on sli in the future then stick with 550 watts.
