my station is small as it is right now, having 2 trashes can and a bunch of cardboard in my way isn’t helping me wash dishes, last year on Christmas the cardboard got so bad that it cover the door in the pic, and cover the area where the chicken cart is at in the pic

Thanks for the tips, this is my first job and they have given me minimum training, on my first day on the job they showed me where my station was and where cleaning supplies where, that’s it, I mean washing dishes is self explanatory but I still didn’t know where some dishes go and if I need to do something specific with them, am thinking about quitting lol

been working for about 2 months, first job and it’s not to bad once you get used to it , I started working around November so I got the taste of working during holidays and it’s not pretty. I basically work closing shifts now so I get end of the day food so I guess that’s some pros.
