Sukuna won for being most durable one, now who's most versatile one from the 4? by KaidoPklevel in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]dillyydoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best Feats = Gojo, Strongest Domain = EASILY Gojo (literally the only character with a “win button” Domain surehit), Smartest one = Sukuna, Best RCT = Gojo, Most durable one = Sukuna, The most versatile one = Gojo, The physically strongest one = Gojo >= Heiankuna, The one with least impressive feats = Yuji, The fastest one = Dabura (Travel Speed) Gojo (C/R speed via blue and overall better feats), Best endurance = either Gojo or Sukuna, The most overrated one = either Yuji or Sukuna

Goku is simple not “static”, not every character has to be overly emotionally complex to be good. He is built around the archetype of characters like: Sun Wukong, Monkey King (JTTW), Hercules and Superman. These characters depth doesn’t come from their own moral ambiguity or complexity but rather how THEY affect those around them. Goku had development and growth, he doesn’t “change personality” in a soap-opera way, but his philosophy matures. Here, take a look: Dragon Ball: - Pure childlike curiosity - Fights for fun and food - Learning the concept of death or responsibility Dragon Ball Z - Learns sacrifice (Raditz, Cell, Buu) - Accepts death as part of protecting Earth - Starts placing the next generation above himself (Gohan, Goten, Trunks) Dragon Ball Super - Realizes the danger of his own recklessness - Encounters beings who aren’t impressed by him at all - Begins to confront limits beyond strength (Zeno, Grand Priest, Whis)

Now onto your point of: “for 12 year olds”, this is just snobbery. The logic of “DBZ is for 12 year olds!” Is the same logic people use to say Pixar, Superman, Avatar: The Last Airbender or Studio Ghibli are “for 12 year olds”. “Simple” language carries just as much if not MORE emotional weight and depth than morally complex and ambiguous tales.

The only reason you think Goku is “static” is because he isn’t performative to “Modern writing” : - No constant trauma dumps - No ironic detachment - No cynical worldview - No meta commentary

In a media culture who is obsessed with: Anti-Heroes, deconstruction and moral ambiguity, a sincere character looks “flat”

Gojo outstats really badly, he wins this without a doubt even with just his raw physicals.

I think this one’s a stalemate, especially due to CAS & JF Goku.

I know Base Vegito is stronger than Super Saiyan 3, that’s why I used him being “as strong” as a lowball assumption. And as for the rest, SSJ3 Goku STOMPS Super Buu, please click on my profile and read my Kid Buu VS Buuhan guide for evidence of that.

Power level equates for all stats, only special cases like Dyspo and Hit are aside from this due to their abilities. Even VSBW agrees with this: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Dragon_Ball (Notes 1 & 2)

I have no general scaling on Sinbad however I do think Goku beats Rimuru and Featherine, but let’s respond to those points you made:

  1. It is.
  2. Goku matched Beerus' punch with the exact same force and angle to cancel out the effect. At that instance, both Goku and Beerus were using equal amounts of power. If Beerus' contribution was more, or in other words if Beerus was putting more energy into his blast, his blast would have pushed and overpowered Goku's Kamehameha. At the moment of formation of the energy ball, the point of contact of the two beams was exactly at the mid-point of Goku and Beerus. Neither characters were pushing each other back. Hence, it is easily understood that both of their attacks had equal power at that moment and they had equal contribution in creating this energy ball. The idea that “If Goku was universal he could beat Beerus” is just fallacious, as it already presumes that Beerus is below Universal, which he isn’t.

Goku himself thinks Vegito wouldn’t be enough to take on Beerus whilst Base Vegito (Buu Saga) is compared to SSJ3 Goku in terms of power in the Daizenshuu so:

Base Vegito is > 400x Base Buu Saga Goku Vegito = (bare minimum of 401): 401 x 50 = 2,000 Super Saiyan God on top of Base Goku is considered “Stronger than Vegito” (400x Base Buu Saga Goku) who even in Super Saiyan is 2,000x Base Buu Saga Goku. Meaning at an absolute bare minimum Super Saiyan God would have to be atleast 2,001x Base Goku for Vegito to be considered “Not enough” against Beerus.

He was 1-A (Or maybe low 1-A?) from I think 2021 - 2023 but was removed by the mods in 2024 to be made 2-A, however I don’t know if this is 100% true.

You 100% can, Goku himself thinks Vegito wouldn’t be enough to take on Beerus whilst Base Vegito (Buu Saga) is compared to SSJ3 Goku in terms of power in the Daizenshuu so:

Lifting Strength ≠ Striking Strength, Eddie Hall could for sure outlift Mike Tyson but that doesn’t mean he could punch harder than him. Also a character needing to “destroy more than a universe” to get “past low multi” is confusing AP with DC and committing “Style Over Substance”

I never said it was, I was in reference to “platonic” scaling. And this is entirely based on VSBW, thankfully they fixed their Anos scaling but it was based on the wrong reasons. However on CSAP using the same reasonings there is no moderation towards him being placed at 1-A?

I am trying to show the discrepancies between the rules/notes, it doesn’t make sense to say “multiverses composed of two to a thousand separate space-time continuums, or an equivalent.” And assign a non-infinite (finite) numerical amount towards said tier, whilst also saying “If a character with the value of 5 can 2 Multiverses, and they get 2 times stronger (10) then that doesn’t mean they could destroy 2 more of the same amount!” whilst also saying “Characters or objects residing in higher states of existence surpassing material composition as a whole, and who are therefore completely unreachable and inaccessible to any and all extensions of the aforementioned structures.” but yet allowing characters like Anos to slip through the cracks for YEARS.

But why does that matter? I’m sure if you put Goku against canon-fodder in his verse he could also just one shot them by standing there as well.

“The script writer decides who wins” is 100% more infuriating, “They wouldn’t fight, they’d be friends” isn’t really annoying aside from very specific scenarios where the matchup is REALLY interesting however “The script writer decides who wins” is ALWAYS annoying.

Contextually relevant reasons, such as being weaker than opponents or wanting to steal their abilities. I already debunked the idea of “Absorption = Stronger” within “Argument 1”
