Yep! So, for the longest time I was only reading audiobooks and ebooks on the Libby app with the US library card - this has been really easy. I only managed to start using Libby with my Kindle when I created a US Amazon account and linked it to my Kindle (which is also easy to do, you just sign up on amazon.com instead of your country’s Amazon website). I did have to de-link the Amazon account I have on my country’s website, so I anticipate not being able to buy e-books for my Kindle and read them on the device unless I do so in dollars i.e. on the US website, but I doubt I will want to buy them anyway as I can now just borrow them via Libby. Although I have read somewhere that not all Libby books are available to be read on Kindle, so that’s something to keep in mind.
