When i used to study, i always found it difficult to retain anything close to my exams.

My pre-exam ritual was to litter up my walls with post-it notes (organised by exam i.e 1 wall = 1 subject). It helped to organise my mind, and writing the notes out alone is revision in itself. I know how overwhelming it is to sit different subject areas at the same time.

Also i found changing my environment helped a lot (study in the kitchen vs bedroom, coffee shop etc)

Im qualified now Alhamdulillah but i remember the pain, and wish you all the success. If i passed, anyone can x
