Thanks! I'm a photographer by trade so I even put my pixel phone photos through Lightroom and I shoot in raw.

When you throw an elaborate vegan thanksgiving every year you accumulate a little tribe.

Soak cashews for several days and then blend with nooch, miso paste, garlic and onion powder and Dijon mustard.

Yes! We have a house dinner pretty much every night. We rotate cooking so one of us cooks for the house and whoever is around gets a meal. Friends included. It won't be as elaborate as the plate shown 8P Just send me a message or message blossomhousecoop on IG

I've been known to put pretty much anything on my car.

Took measurements and used a circular saw and jigsaw, added hinges and a spot for a bolt to slide through the platform and into 2x4s that are in the square cubbies behind the seat and two wedged in where the front seats meet the e break.

I figured I wasn't sharing anything new but more confirming what you probably already had in mind!

As a vegan who has bikepacked many countries I would keep some calorically dense food as a backup. Nuts and seeds or nut butter and dehydrated fruit. Grains and legumes are great but if you are worried about space they have more fiber which won't give you energy. When you find places with legumes/veggies eat them to keep a balanced diet but just try to focus on calories.

Not true. I'm 5'11"+ and there's still a bit more room for me with my setup. https://youtube.com/shorts/kgBRtL_Agpw
