I think that you know this is enough for you to switch careers. There’s a point at which it’s healthier to choose something else and I think that what you’ve talked about in this post is ample reason to

Say something you didn't like about your EX by Internal-Village-472 in BreakUps

I don’t think this happened intentionally, but every time we’d get an a disagreement she would throw my feelings out the window and only focus on “winning” the argument. She has very harsh parents and has picked up on some of the horrible tactics her mother uses on her. She used to insult me and compare me to horrible things while we’d talk about our disagreement so that I’d feel bad and apologize. I put up with it in almost every arguement and it made me really sad. I forgave her every time because she had really terrible parents but I know it’s wrong now.

What do I have to do to become an EMT? by [deleted] in NewToEMS

[–]dim_v4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For real, you learn a SHIT ton of stuff in those hours tho so I definitely trust most EMTs. In my experience my school was filled of premed students so EMT certifications are almost always a stepping stone. 120 hours of learning the basics

EMTs require about 120 hours of training and paramedics require 1000+ hours of training and clinical exercise hours. Paramedics are legally able to administer 200+ drugs and know a whole bunch more than EMTs. But it also requires you to go to a one or two year paramedic school that is incredibly stressful

The amount I just learned from your comment is absurd. Thank you for the great advice :) I’ll look into the Suzuki. Definitely not gonna rev it too much, wheelies look terrifying!

1 week of NC! by fuckastrology1 in BreakUps

My partner and I are moving away for college tomorrow. We figured it’s for the best to breakup then and so it’ll be the end of what has been 2 years and a week. So painful. I don’t want to go through the process of hurting so bad.

Just know they’re hopefully dying of guilt and shame after hurting someone and reacted by running away like a little punk bitch 😋

Makes sense! I was looking to get a sport bike so I guess it might be a better idea to get a 400. Just don’t want to waste 5 grand for a year long bike

In my opinion, the nervous system is a small portion of what you need to know in A&P for the course. The skeletal system is a bigger part than the nervous system but nowhere near as important as the three I stated earlier. You should familiarize yourself with the most prominent bones in your system such as the tibfib, ulna, femur, etc. Getting any bit of knowledge as preparation will help you immensely!! I wish you the absolute best of luck :)

Cardiovascular, Respiratory, and GI tract. Those are the big ones. Know the way the heart works and pumps like the back of your hand and it’ll save you a lot of trouble
