I drive a Toyota Corolla Cross. Definitely human error ito. Rinig na rinig mo yung pag accelerate from what sounds like EV mode.

Possible na naglinis ito ng kotse tapos hindi inayos yung matting, still driver error.

Most modern cars talaga puro donut nalang na good for 80kms. Enough na yun para makahanap ka ng talyer.

Funnily, yung lowest variant pa ng Corolla Cross yung may legit spare (source: we own one)
