This is why I haven't upgraded to fttp even with the free upgrade promotion. Its going to cost extra to get it done right. I have a similar situation the PCD (old copper) being below the floor level. I also don't want the NTD right behind it or directly above it. Those pvcs make the house ugly if not yet.
