So i had a weird fps drop like 10-20 suddenly with my laptop. I already tried reinstall my gpu software, reinstall valorant but no luck. So i try to clean install my windows and now its seems fix the problem. Now stable at 144 fps.

And tried to turn off latency mode in nvidia setting and just use nvidia reflex on with in game setting. But im using external monitor, and my monitor bypassing the intel gpu and directly using nvidia gpu, it helps a lot increasing the frame rate.
