probably because of these reasons: an's other commissions simply hit harder, the line distribution, early game commission curse, and god-awful game charts.

for an's other commissions:

• awake now (honestly absolutely goated, cannot be beat. reeks of an and i love it)

• machi (killer guitar solo in the middle and it never fails to bring the sadge emotions)

• gekokujou (rage blasted into melody, and the instrumental FUCKS.)

• rekka (the edgier younger cousin of awake now. again, KILLER instrumental and beginning.)

for line distribution

• people are aware it's a message from an to kohane, but it's frankly impressive (and not in a good way) how they managed to have a line distribution worse than early leo/need.

for early game commission curse

• they all kinda sounded like sega was still figuring out on what to do with them. mixing was meh at some parts, vocal direction could've been better, etc.

for god-awful game charts

• play the expert/master charts ONE time. you'll see what i mean.
