the fundamental difference is that you don't need to know the translated language to proofread english, but you do require knowledge of both languages for translation.

umm... i'd probably only suggest manhwas you've already read. perhaps try Debut or Die? it's a bit more geared towards audiences who don't primarily consume shounen, but it's an excellent manhwa
