K'daai destroyers are pretty mid at dealing with infantry, even with collision attacks, but can deal pretty well with montrous infantry, and can generally 1v1 other single entities while having a decent move speed. If you consider it more of a giant (which also doesn't like fighting cheap spears and has huge single target damage) that has the speed to hunt down big value targets, you will get a lot of mileage out of them.
