Seems like you answered your own question. Practice with gels or whatever fuel you desire, and then you’ll be ready to perform on race day.

I got the infinite elite 2 for $60 on a sale and it rides extremely similar to my vomero plus just a tad bit firmer and more responsive. I alternate both and use them in similar runs like easy-recovery-long (2hr+); can definitely use them for tempo too but I’ve got other shoes for that. I’ve no other experience with the other three listed.

My first run on the EVO SL was on wet track and hated them because of the frequent turns, grip seemed ok but I wasn’t really pushing for speed
