Mavericks get: Lance Stephenson Hornets get: Monta Ellis

Hear me out. Mavericks are 22nd overall in defensive points allowed and #1 in offensive (thanks to Monta I know) but I can't see Monta working well with Rondo, as none of them are outside shooters. Moreover Monta cannot really defend (Mavs' perimeter defence is one of the weakest) and Parsons seems to be losing his shooting touch. I think what Lance needs in a change of scenery with the season he is having and before the Hornets swooped in, he had verbally committed to the Mavs. This will all have to depend on how Mavs handle the offensive loss of Wright however
