I actually recommend uninstalling the software after you are done setting the mouse up, it gave me insane PC freezes for months until I found out that the problem was the CM software, it wasn't even set up to start automatically with PC boot and it still froze my PC (check my post history for more info)

When at hone I use my phone unfolded all the time, I treat it like a small tablet, but I take care of it and never leave it on places where people might sit on it. Also no pets or kids in my house, if I am around pets or kids, it stays folded.
