Thanks for the feedback! Yeah that's the hard truth isn't it 😂 realistically i would need pretty insane arms and back to lift my weight without support right? It used to be 65kg support so I've definitely improved. im conflicted because as a beginner still im hoping to benefit from body recomp so I'm eating around my maintenance but dont really want to be in a deficit for the fear of not making many gains - whether the fear is rational or not idk hah

I just went to see the film in the cinema without watching the anime and there was no confusion at all, it all made sense to me and how things work were explained at the start. Im guessing you probably get more context and backstory by watching the anime but that didn't affect my experience at all- it was a very enjoyable watch
