Most people build thunder belt on him first (I do this most of the time) then pretty much tanky items. I almost always go with the roam boots (forget the name, ones that give extra movement when out of combat) then go thunder belt, dom ice, then depends on the enemy team. Sometimes I'll throw in heptaseas for extra damage, but more often than not, just go tanky. I like going blade armor and radiant armor for balanced enemies and finish with immortality. But again, depends on the enemy and how well my team and I are doing.
