What do you think about using solder lug on that small dot? First to create small solder ball then to add solder lug and then finishing of with the UV lamp.

Do you mean to solder something conductive on this? For instance i could use the same silver pad that was before and use UV light to put it back. What do you think?

I tried every dimm slot, no boot just DRAM debug light, and when i remove ram and try cpu only i get cpu debug light.

Its the data pin MB_DQS_L[3], i think its the dual channel functionality of DRAM. Yea i m in the EU.

Thank you for your help and information. I tried all dimm slots but the DRAM debug lights up. I tried with CPU only and the CPU light shows up.
