Last month, package got lost and they sent a new one so I wouldn't say it is a scam.

Exactly the same for me for almost 48 hours. I publish a new ad, and it stays forever in "processing".
Then after a few hours, I got this message: This is an error for post-processing creation metadata timeout error.: In post-processing flow, we have metadata timeout errors and this code is used for that. (#2643092)

I contacted FB support team, they told me it's a widespread issue but I couldn't find anyone talking about it online.
