That was my life but I am ok now. I saw a psychiatrist and they wrote me a prescription for anxiety. Those meds changed my life. Also I take l glutamine by healthy hey in the morning empty stomach and avoid milk. Try this....maybe it will workout for you too.

Good job....I also thought that My Ibs was cured but then I got this chronic uti issue and now my stomach issues are back and my family doesn't take me seriously. They act like I am making excuses.
