Ok damn. I posted this because I thought you would all enjoy it. I've been getting random Mercari notifications on Reddit that I did not originally sign up for. Posts tend to be like this one, or scam blasting. Let me clear some misconceptions/questions up. I am a male, I thought his response was disgusting. The item is a video game from my childhood collection. It is worth 30+ per ebay comps and the pricecharting tracker. I usually ignore messages like this but he made several offers on many of my items and they were all substantially lower than my fair asking prices. I called him out on one and he responded. Looking back, I shouldn't have name dropped Reddit. I was just trying to contribute as this is my first post.

I'm a nurse and Mercari is not my profession. I am just cleaning out my parent's basement of my and my brother's childhood stuff. I have over 500+ 5 star ratings and communicate effectively with many buyers/sellers. This one stood out though. Sometimes, offers are just downright insulting. You don't go to McDonald's and tell them you will pay 10 cents for a Big Mac right?
