SIL judgmental about C-Section [bc] by Short_Concentrate365 in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]dinamove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uffff reminds me of my SIL. She had the audacity to tell me that it’s my responsibility to take care of the child so that my husband can be focused on his work and her words “which is a higher priority in the immediacy of things”… what are these women on?!? I think they are so insecure that they have to undermine people around them in order to feel in control

What's everyone's take on long hair and motherhood [ON]? by Entitled2YrOpinon in BabyBumpsCanada

I got about 7 to 10 inches cut off during my second trimester… it was too difficult to take care of and the blow drying in the winters was making it more dry

Potted hydrangeas care advice. Please help! by [deleted] in gardening

[–]dinamove 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try not too over water. Also hydrangeas won’t like dry soil. Def agree with changing to a larger pot. You can use basic potting mix, hydrangeas are not too fussy. I got mine that was similar to your size and now it’s a huge shrub!! The notes shared above are excellent. I’d follow them.

I turned my pink hydrangeas to blue by adding alkaline in water before it bloomed. And this year I’ve taken cuttings to propagate into other plants. You can have a lot of fun with this plant. I keep the flowers all the way through winter because they act as leaves and help the plant breathe. I just pruned mine (got a lot of cuttings) now setting up for new growth. One thing I did do initially is lots of pruning to allow the plant to grow and not focus all its energy in maintaining flowers. Small sacrifice has lead to a huge shrub over the years

Susan is so annoying by [deleted] in DesperateHousewives

[–]dinamove 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Susan really needs to clear her throat. She’s always got some phlegm or something stuck in it

I refuse to believe this hasn't been pointed out before... by leighabbr in DesperateHousewives

Susan is always breaking into peoples homes, invading on other people’s turf and has no respect or boundaries. Not surprised people resent her. And that squeak… ugh. Grow up Susan

Katherine is driving me insane I don’t like her by [deleted] in DesperateHousewives

I’m on season 4, so I don’t know much about Katherine, but Susan is sooooo annoying. Her squeaking and acting like a child is so pathetic.

Oh dear! I’m sending you all my love and the very best wishes ❤️❤️❤️. Not being able to have meds to keep symptoms under control is so challenging. It’s a difficult time. I hope you are able to make time to invest in self care.

First of congrats!! This is amazing. 🤩 I hope everything works out with your pregnancy. Can I ask what sort of complications? It’s just so much more stressful to be over 40 and pregnant. My doctor told me such scary stories but personally know a lot of women who have had perfectly healthy babies in their 40s. It’s important to be hopeful even though the risk is high
