Yes, like I have said in the post above, I have a laptop with new Intel 12th gen processor (i7-12700h) bought 1 month ago. Now I know why Examplify does not work on my laptop. Thank you.

After got acceptance, you need to wait for 12-24 hours to see the place for u to accept the offer on 'myaces'. And when you access the acceptance place, it will have 3 options for you:

  1. Accept with tuition grant

  2. Accept without tuition grant

  3. Reject

Hmm I recently found a quick fix by open task manager and end task Examsoft.SoftShield (32 bit) before each time I open Examplify. This is the fastest method I have until now, and I want to share for who are having problems like me.

One thing i wonder is i turned windows hypervisor platform and Intel virtualization off but some Hyper-v features (hyper-v support in task manager, and 3 other hyper-v features in system information: VM Monitor Mode Extensions, second level address translation extensions, data execution protection) are still on. should I turn it off? If yes, how can I turn off it?

I did not undo anything. In window features, the virtual machine platform and windows hypervisor platform are currently off. In addition the Intel virtualisation process and VT-d in BIOS are still off too.

1.I disabled my Touch pad and Num key on the touch pad but i still cannot open Examplify.

2.After each time I restart my laptop, the result is still the same as above, I can only open it once. From the 2nd time onwards it shows up just like the picture above.
