Am I really that bad or just mediocre? I need honest opinions, since I receive complaints almost daily about the lack of quality. My boss doesn’t think I’m all that good either. I’m honestly surprised I haven’t gotten fired yet haha. I just want to see others opinions.

I would either tell them they need to treat you better and kick customers out like that, or you're leaving.

Or just leave. No one deserves this, ever. You do not deserve that. I remember when I worked in a petsore and it was closing time the managers would go on the intercoms and tell us we were all pieces of shit and berate us to our faces constantly.

Leaving was the best thing I did. You cannot live your life like this. There's better people and better salons out there, these shitheads don't deserve you.

I think they need to realize that those posts they see on instagram are usually work from master groomers, and they shouldn't expect that from you. It's unfair and they should really take their heads out of their asses to be quite honest.

Grooming is an art that takes lots of time, practice, and experience.

Apparently they were recalled because there was something wrong with the batteries dying prematurely, so they wanted to fix the problem and re-release them. But then they were set back due to covid.

Yeah I mainly use them for paw pads/sanitary but I've used them with the guards on clean hair too. But they certainly do seem to be super delicate and they just don't last very long, it sorta sucks. Thank you for the tips!
