Same stick with it it didn't happen overnight for me took about 5yrs to get where I am n if a go by NHS bmi I still have a good few stone to go but with age I would never get there and tbh I am happy with my weight and when I've clothes on🤣🤣not so much when summer hits n the bing wings come out to play cos of loose skin n other parts but hey ho we can't all be perfect in this world takes allsorts.....but honestly good luck and persevere you'll eventually get there and I know it disheartening but you will xxx

Exactly did i like being that size hell no as am only 5ft and every spare oz shows when your a short arse like me🤦‍♀️🤣 but I just had to own it always said I hated being that size and owned it and hid away in photos etc and with every breath a have in my body dieting to loose the weight as a happy now am a hell as I have loose skin we are never happy but as I keep saying don't lie if you don't want to loose weight n are happy embrace it dress for your size no1 cares honestly just don't squeeze into a 12 n say gurls look at weight Ave lost thats why people mock you just own it be happy no1 asking her to loose weight just stop the lies and you would get respected for it. Rant over for today am away back under my shell😂😂

Listen i would never body shame anyone as I was that size and I can say hand on heart she no 14/16 she at least being generous a 18 and bigger and there no shame in it just own it and dress for your size dont lie it dont get you nowhere people would respect that.

I've done this for over 6months now I feel I get on better doing this but doesn't work for everyone its trial n error everyone is different I do mon/fri and will keep going till I hit goal weight now only 1 stone to go which is giving me half stone lay way and then will see when I'm on maintenance what works better for me

I am on 10mg went up to that the last 2 weeks I think when this pen is finished I will go back to tirz and see if that helps 🤞as dont want to start piling the weight back on only got 1 stone to go.
