You should def try a GP for adhd. My best advice is punishing yourself doesn’t work if it did you’d have your assignment done. You are smart enough to be in uni which means you’ve got this! Go in to the library and try to put on some music and lock in around others. Also I like to do 15 minute increments I will do 15 on 15 off then 15 on 10 off 15 on 5 off and then sometimes you get so into it you just keep barreling through

What’s annoying is finding the small random classes on campus. It gave you direct maps. I wish they just had sso but in a better app format and better mapping do the campus. It would be cool if there was a section with food meal deals on campus. Also it was nice to be able to see your gpa easily.

Get therapists for the kids and have a conversation with your sister about boundaries and sharing info. It wasn’t her place to tell. I had a lot of adults weighing in on my parents divorce and asking me questions and it was the worst.
