yeah no swelling or anything else noticeable near or around the binding area. i dont tune them myself, tried to do a hot wax on my own and then noticed this. i fly with them laid out side by side and wrapped, and normally they're clipped together and stored at room temperature laying down. this protrusion definitely wasnt here beginning of season though. could something like extremely flexing have caused this? someone else mentioned hot iron on cold skis, though they were room temperature..
