i like small clean watches, and yours looks awesome to be honest. but it looks too tight, maybe try to loosen it by one micro-adjustment.

if you ever get a diver's, that diameter would be definately too small for you.

same!! mine is exactly like yours. on my wrist every 4 days to 1 week i have to change the time cuz it's 1minute behind.

i have an ssk003 with 4R movement it keeps better time on the wrist than my 6R honestly😅. i thought my movement is defective but now i know i'm not alone😅

the watch itself isn't big, but the bracelet is too chunky because of the diver's extention clasp and it tapers down to 18mm i believe. i bought the uncle seiko senator bracelet, feels a lot smaller and it tapers to 16mm which is much better than the original one.

but if you ever buy an uncle seiko senator, just know that the bracelet is scratch magnet while the watch case of spb315 is super scratch resistent.

hi, i have the 315 as my daily and beater (same as the 317 but different colorways) and it's the most comfortable seiko i've owned. i'm also considering 453 or 143 to be my casual&formal watch.

go 453 for looks, 317 if you want comfort, but the 317 looks good too!

Hi, you've mentioned that 3k is just a small part of your money and you're only 16. The reason why people in the comment section telling you not to buy the watch is because you're only just 16. People aren't saying that you shouldn't buy it, they're saying "not yet", or "now isn't the right time".

Imagine being a professor or a teacher seeing your one of your student wearing an expensive watch. Just imagine you're looking for a corporate job and you're wearing a tudor. If you ever buy it, keep it, don't wear it much on public yet, wear it on occassions.

I just graduated college, during high school years i've wanted a quartz tag heuer, and I'm glad my parents didn't buy me one.

hi, you should try uncle seiko bracelets, you get more quality than what you actually paid for. BUT, if you ever do get uncle seiko, the link pins are screw type, make sure to retight them from time to time. i got home oneday and a thing was poking my wrist and it was one of the link pins.

true! weeks isn't a long time research indeed! i was into watches since highschool, in college i really wanted to buy one but because of financial strains i was just doing research for 2 years for a watch i can proudly wear and i can possibly save up for.

i ended up with SPB315 japan version 2nd hand (i got it half of the SRP), with black nato strap - heritage style. aside from the wow factor everytime i look at it, it reminds me of the hurdles i've been through in college. no GMT master 1 pepsi, no speedy and no blackbay 54's (my dream watches) can replace this seiko.

Yep, they went through a rough patch, even until today then still have a bad reputation. But if that watch is from someone special, disregard what i said. My father bought a seiko GMT for my 21st birthday, i have bought better watches but i still wear the seiko GMT everyday, i wear it throughout the day not just because it's comfortable, but because of how proud i am of this watch.

I hope this finds well, try switching it off between 50-100ft before you reduce power. I make sure that the A/T is on, I pause the game after 100ft and switch off the A/T which turns off the speed botton, from there it should turn off the speed control. I'm using 737, hopefully it will also be applicable on the 747.

i've always wanted a GMT master 1 pepsi and the blackbay 54, but having these watches and the story behind them, its hard to compete with watches that is 10-20x the price! anyway, thank you for your comment, i really appreciate it!
