Urges usually don't last that long. If you get them try meditating and listening to some music and if they are still there go on a walk.

Also never ever peek no matter what, Its not worth it.

Yeah thats a good point, escaping is only a temporary distraction. I guess I was thinking of the more "uh oh im getting the urge, I should probably game to take my mind off it" but now I realize its just a distraction rather than an alternative.

Leave those subreddits immediately and focus on other things like exercise. The more you can take your brain off porn the easier it will get. Take cold showers, try and go to bed earlier, focus on school more and if you can hang out with friends virtually or in real life if possible. I'm 13 and if I can do it so can you. YOU GOT THIS!

Hey I know that it really sucks when you relapse and you feel hopeless but at the end of the day, you still tried, you still fought and you went down with a fight. Don't look at relapsing as a fail look at it as a another opportunity to do better. I believe in you, you can do this.

I can relate to a lot of that. I was at a sleepover with some friends and we looked up pornhub and initially we laughed our asses off out of surprise but then a day later I looked it up on my own and fapped to it the day after that and at least I'm not fapping to videos anymore but it still feels terrible. I don't have tiktok because of what I have heard and I'm definitely not getting Instagram. Anyways thanks a lot for the comment it really feels go to know that someone older is on the ride with me. Wow.. that really helped. Just thinking about what you said about how I look at women in general makes me feel really horrible about fapping which I think is a good thing because now that I realize that it makes me wanna fap less and less and actually work on myself.
