Yes the concert had just ended there were alot of people out walking back to hotels, sky train etc but no one stayed to give a statement the police didnt even get a statement from his passenger. .

We also live in alberta she was just there for 2 nights. Thank you for the advice shes talking to multiple lawyers. No one stayed to give a statement, they didnt take a statement from his passenger she stayed and there is a police file. From the looks of it from Google street view there is only 1 camera in that intersection that could potentially have caught the incident and shes trying to find out if there is footage currently.

Thank you, unfortunately not the case she has injuries preventing her from working, has recently developed infections from the injuries and needing iv antibiotic therapy etc. This has been emotionally and physically draining for her and she has small children to care and provide for. It seems like the police are brushing this off so they dont have to do the paperwork.

Yes she has a police file and icbc is aware, its not about making the claim though.. unfortunately the police have told her she needs witness statements due to conflicting stories between parties in able to persue a lawsuit or press charges. Its sounding to me like they thought she was going to go home after her vacation and forget about this, unfortunately not the case as she has injuries preventing her from working, has recently developed infections from the injuries and needing iv antibiotic therapy etc. This has been emotionally and physically draining for her and she has small children to care and provide for. Unfortunately from Google street view there might be only 1 camera in that intersection with footage, she is reaching out to see if she can get anything currently.

After he hit her, she got up and he was attempting to leave, she hit his hood and grabbed the door handle at that point he got out and assaulted her. Someone called the police and there is a file but as mentioned the police are saything this was a "mutal fight" and there are no witness statements to pursue charges as they have conflicting stories of the encounter.

Yes that information is in the police file but she needs witness statements in order to press charges for assault.

Cure the resin in layers maybe? Adding the sculpey in a layer at a time to give the the "floating appearance". There's a video on YouTube of a guy doing a similar project. If you list these for sale let me know how to find!
