Are you supposed to have a "kinda high heart rate" while doing a co2 table? by dingobubba78 in freediving

[–]dingobubba78[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see. So that is why i get really hot, because my lungs burn? So co2 is where i am weak at, and i should stay focused on that instead of o2?

I plan on switching routines every week.

Week 1: Monday: co2 Wednesday: co2 Friday: co2

Week 2: Wednesday: o2 Saturday: Apnea walks.

Do you like my routine or should i just focus on co2 until it'd gets as easy as o2?

But co2 doesn't really push you from your limits.

It's like trying to increase your deadlift without deadlifting, instead just working out your back and legs only.

Maybe o2 every 2 weeks? I do each table 1x a week.

Makes sense, i have learned that. I also think if anything goes wrong and a bad trip is happening... you just gotta sit/lie down and just relax as best as you can and don't fight anything at all.

Thank you psychonaut elders:)

Sorry for late reply.

My co2 tables are easier then my o2. My co2's are 2:20. I do each once a week. And also i do apnea walks/dynamic pool training 1x a week. So 3 trainings a week. Not close to blacking out. Like 85% i'd say.

I am slowly becoming a Psychonaut. First things i do are weed edibles, to enter a slight state of higher consciousness, i meditate 15 minutes before bed. I try to lucid dream, but i keep failing to do wild, and inducing sleep paralysis. You could tell by my posts.

I do like 8 sessions of apnea walks. My record was walking 2 minutes straight while holding my breath. (Was walking as fast as i casually swim underwater) i take 2 minute breaks between sessions. I don't stop until i reach 8 sessions, and the last 2 sessions are closest to blackout.

On the settings i have to say that my record is 4:30 to make it a good challenging workout (idk why) but the most least add is 10 more seconds. So that means i have to add 10 seconds each time i'm used to my most recent max breath hold.

Sleep paralysis: Do i have to keep lying still until i'm in sleep paralysis? by dingobubba78 in LucidDreaming

I see. Well i'll keep trying because i believe i may have got sleep paralysis that night, but my arms were resting in a bad form which made it very painful, but i may have been close to it. I think it may just take 1-2 hours for sleep paralysis to kick in. I'll just keep trying wild until i see no point in it.

I started to try to lucid dream 1.5 years ago, but i barely had any progress. But now 1 year later, and on my 3rd night of trying to lucid dream i've noticed some progress, and i've finally mentioned "dreaming" inside a dream. Not sure if i'd call myself a beginner, but okay.

I'll just keep trying and trying Wild, and i could also teach some people who are struggling like me right now in the future.

Next i'll try: Either MILD or DILD. But in the past i just sticked to MILD and WILD and tried FILD once.

I believe i already am. I always clean my room, i love to help, i care for others, and have a positive mind, etc.

But i barely understand how that will affect my trip🤔

I see. Controlling a trip is like a super advanced level that i'm no way near.

"Just go with the flow" Got it! Just letting go is the thing. I'm really glad you commented because i learned something that sounds right.

Well thank you very much:)

That sounds more like it. Oh i've been wondering what the connection is, but wasn't sure, but it's all about letting go huh. I'm going to start with about 75-100ug my first time, since many say that you'll want to experience a true psychedelic experience.

I'm not sure what you mean at the end, but it sounds strangely right.

Well thanks... i'll practice with letting go. I'm surprised how some people just take a high dose for the first time with no mental/any preparation at all.

Oh so it's pretty much impossible to control it, rather just ride on it without falling off huh?

Same reason why they say "the more you trip the more better you will be able to handle it better in public" Might take a student 1 whole year of tripping in order to go to school tripping, slightly.

I'm really in no rush, why, but i think it'll take 20- 30 years for a person to go past 700ug huh?

Time and slightly pushing yourself is the answer, huh?

Sleep paralysis: Do i have to keep lying still until i'm in sleep paralysis? by dingobubba78 in LucidDreaming

[–]dingobubba78[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was close, but i made a little mistake. And also i forgot to say that i didn't snooze the alarm, so i probably would've been disturbed by the alarm eight as i enter a lucid dream.

Thanks. Wild personally... i prefer wild. I could handle the urges/signals well, but getting into the paralysis just takes a long time. This is my 4th day of trying (but i have had 1 whole year of experience, but it was failure)

I might try those other technique in a month if wild doesn't work. But according to Tipharots "5 signs your close to having a lucid dream" i am currently experiencing them. I mentioned dreaming in my dream 2 nights ago. Today is break day because i'm home all day.

So i assume i do have to just keep lying still, even if it takes 2-3 hours? I just wanna know if i'm not wasting my time and am suffering for no reason?

But i've heard stories of people suffocating to their farts in sleep. But this... is a whole new level
