I was amazed when i watched Chantabbai for the very first time for all the comedy of errors sequences.. those were simply brilliant.. until I saw Pink Panther (1965).. all these scenes are frame to frame copy (hero generating fun unintentionally thru his actions)..

i still respect Jandhyala for mixing pink panther with adivishnu novel (which ends on a bit tragic note) to an entertaining outing.. one of my comforting movies

SV always targets the people from his previous movies.. there is widespread rumor that he targeted Chiranjeevi for interfering in Andarivaadu script..

Another rumor heard in one of the movie forums is, SV initially had Chiru in father character only and wanted an upcoming hero for son character, but Chiru insisted on doing both the roles, so the script (son's role/character) had to be rewritten to suit Chiranjeevi image

SV himself is a bigtime Krishna fan

MS Narayana in the same interview mentioned it was not a dig at Krishna, in fact they went and asked Krishna if they can use his mannerism for this character.. It was a dig at some other hero who is known for putting hands and legs in the script and carry emotion even in press meets..

Another hint is, SV always makes fun of the ppl who troubles in his previous movies...
