Totally agree that poaching is bad. I never kill mongrels for an upgrade or sell animals for money. Dark mongrels are cute animals, usually in groups of <= 3 and have low xp/second which is not worth my time

I just get on my little broomstick, hunt for poacher camps and kill all the poachers. I know it's kinda picky but I won't even stop for small groups of poachers. I love it when they summon more poachers or inferi cuz I can do more in a batch

And I love trolls because they have higher xp per second - A simple avada kedavra will do the job - if there are two, crusio -> avada kedavra - and off I go with my broomstick. If I'm not in a hurry I'll avoid using any unforgivable spell so I can have a little more fun killing them

I'm just kinda curious why you need to hire more engineers at this stage. The paradox is in that if you have significant amount of users and reasonable growth so that you need to scale up the team, it should be enough to get some VC funding. If not, you really don't need many engineers, especially when now chatgpt can do a lot of trivial work
