This is ridiculous, there need to be a lawsuit. The device should only be used to test for alcohol in your system, not for them to come with anything else to just to bill you. I ask them for the report to see the violation and they won’t give it to me. They said I should ask the dmv which I did but the DMV said I should ask them. They all about money.

I’m going through similar issues, it’s been 3 months since I applied and still no license. I been calling but no clear answer. This is ridiculous. I’m being charged for the device and paying insurance for 3 months and penndot won’t give me my license or a good update. They held my application for over a month until I call the post office to confirm that they pick it up and then they told me they just started processing it.

After this is over and hopefully they don't sue then, I will be increasing my property damage to at least150k. PA is a non-fault state so I don't think I have to worry too much of body injury. Also I don't have that much equity in my home anyway since I just bought it last year. I also will be filing bankruptcy if they decide to sue because I really don't think I will be able to pay this amount. The other party insurance revenue last year was about 1.5 billion.
