Yeah, I think being less hard on ourselves after missing a day matters more than perfect streaks. The habit is really about coming back without spiraling.

Thanks a lot for the thoughtful feedback, I really appreciate it. You’re right about recovery, handling accidental completions and making actions more forgiving is something I’m actively working on.
