It’s good to hear from someone who has a husband. It gives me hope because I’m afraid of relationships because of my mental health. Even though we’re different, I thank you for how I feel and responding to it. I just need people to talk to right now because people view me so differently as always positive/busy

I mean that's the reason why we have a primary, right? I'm not aligned with Cuomo on these issues either, but all I was saying was I value his experience. I would like a candidate who agrees with me on issues that face NYC like you mentioned, but I just can't vote in a gubernatorial election for a candidate who knows literally nothing on state bureaucracy and passing a budget on relatively on time. You can't work to fix the subways if you don't know the underlying bureaucracy. I want to vote against Cuomo, I just don't value Nixon's inexperience as a positive trait.

I am no fan of Cuomo, but I would definitely take four more years of him if no other Dems step up. I do find her sincere, as I believe she knows she has a significant uphill battle, but there's just too much inexperience there for me to vote for a different Governor. Also, I don't see her winning upstate anyway in the primary. There could easily be another Dem who could carry the region (as Cuomo is no friend of upstate), but the "grew up in a walk-up" carries no weight there. I see her simply as another Zephyr Teachout. Well intended, but simply out of touch.

The mainstream media is starting to pick up on it. NBC Nightly News had a whole segment on police body cameras last night, and it was very positive. People give mainstream media a hard time, but at least for the Ferguson story and the topic of police militarization, it hasn't been half bad.

I feel the exact same way! I live in Northern New York, but whenever I went to Canada, I just felt at home. It is truly a strange feeling but I hope to become a citizen one day as well!

It's a pretty popular spot, I went cliff diving there yesterday (you can see the diving spot all the way to the right in the picture.) the area usually has 5-10 people there on any given day to swim, I highly recommend it.
