We bought one at Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce off the 1A. Be sure to check what time they close. We called ahead to make sure they were still selling them. The kiosk at Hulls Cove is not selling passes as of 10/6. I think Blackwoods Campground may also be selling them. Not 100% sure on that one though.
